Buyer Responsibility & Legal Ownership Limitations
It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that the item you are purchasing is legal to own in your city/state. If you are uncertain, please verify with your receiving dealer. Please note that we will not ship or substitute magazines that violate capacity restrictions.
You must be 18 or older to purchase a rifle or shotgun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun. You are responsible for complying with local and state laws and should be aware of any restrictions on extended magazines and certain types of AR-15 style rifles.
Firearms: Blackstone will not sell or transfer firearms to the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, Guam, Puerto Rico, Samoa, and the Virgin Islands. During checkout, you will need to specify a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) near you who will perform the firearm transfer after a successful background check, if required. The FFL can be your local gun shop, gun range, or pawn shop.
“Local Store Pick Up” is available in Charlotte, NC. Please note that sales tax may apply. Our address is 2001 Wilkinson Blvd. Charlotte, NC, 28208.
Upon pickup, you are responsible for all FFL transfer fees, which are generally around $15 to $30. “Local pickup” at our Charlotte location is free of charge. For all FFL transfers, the receiving firearm dealer must email us their valid license (FFL) to FFL@blackstoneshooting.com. We are not responsible for any lost items shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Ammunition Sales
All ammunition will be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground. Air freight is not allowed. Ammunition and firearms must be shipped separately. Please ensure that you order the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.
Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun and rifle ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
Before ordering, please check your state and local laws for any other ammunition shipping restrictions. Blackstone does not ship ammunition to CA, IL, NY, NJ, MA, DC, CT, or P.O. Boxes.
Return Policy & Warranty
We firmly believe that you will be delighted with the products you purchase from Blackstone Shooting Sports. We make every effort to ensure that we provide you with the exact products you need from the best brands in the industry. However, we understand that there may be instances where a product does not meet your expectations. In such an unlikely event, please review the following terms regarding returning a product.
If you need to return an item or cancel an order, simply contact our Guest Support Team at 704-414-6020 or by emailing returns@blackstoneshooting.com (please include your order number). For the fastest support, you can also use the live chat function on our website. All inquiries received during business hours will be answered on the same day!
*Please note that all canceled and returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Please allow 1-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original form of payment.
Damaged/Used Product: We do not accept returns on damaged or used products unless there is a verifiable manufacturer’s defect. This includes previously installed firearm parts.
GENERAL PARTS & ACCESSORIES Returns Within 30 Days: A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. The merchandise must be in new condition with all original packaging, documentation, accompanying accessories, and a receipt.
OPTICS Returns Within 10 Days: A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. The merchandise must be in new condition with all original packaging, documentation, and a receipt. Non-cash transactions:
Restricted Items
AMMUNITION Due to safety and liability concerns, we do not accept returns on ammunition that has left our facility. All online ammunition sales are final.
NEW & USED FIREARMS We do not accept returns on firearms. However, we will assist with recalls, warranty claims, or manufacturer defects for firearms previously purchased from Blackstone.
KNIVES We do not accept returns on knives. This policy is in place to ensure that every knife purchased from Blackstone is 100% factory sharp, blemish-free, and warrantied by the manufacturer. We will assist with recalls, warranty claims, or manufacturer defects for knives previously purchased from Blackstone.

North Carolina residents will be charged a 7.25% sales tax.
